Eminent Domain & Right of Way

Independent appraisal for property acquired or affected by a public project. Federal Land Acquisition Appraisal

Appraisal prepared under the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA, the "Yellow Book") and USPAP when a project involves a federal agency or federal funding.
